We wanted to reassure you that as a responsible company, we take all matters relating to the Coronavirus seriously and as such we wanted to update you on the measures and precautions we are taking to mitigate any risks associated with the virus.
To protect our customers and drivers whilst adhering to Government guidelines, we have taken the decision to temporarily suspend all deliveries for new orders placed with immediate effect from 24th March 2020.
You can still place an order through our online store and the delivery will be arranged within 5-10 working days once the UK Coronavirus lockdown ends.
Our telesales and customer service team are now operating remotely in home environments, to ensure their safety and the continuation of our excellent customer support. If you would like help with any queries our team are available between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
For any existing orders placed before 24th March 2020, we are working hard to fulfil these deliveries where possible. For the safety of both our customers and drivers, it will be a contactless delivery to the entrance of the property only, or alternatively the goods can be left outside in a safe place, for example; garage, shed etc. Drivers are wearing face masks and disposable gloves for each delivery, as well as regularly washing their hands and using hand sanitiser. A photo will be taken of the goods at the property as proof of receipt and a signature will not be required from the customer.

We are taking our responsibility, as a company that comes into contact with a lot of customers nationwide extremely seriously, we will continue to evolve our process’s as new information arises to keep everyone safe as much as possible, if there are any updates or changes we will keep you informed.
