Reducing the Risk
We wanted to reassure you that as a responsible company, we take all matters relating to the Coronavirus seriously and as such we wanted to update you on the measures and precautions we are taking to mitigate any risks associated with the virus.
Our Telesales and Customer Service Team are working safely from our head offices and they are available to help with any queries between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Our Drivers are wearing face masks for each delivery, as well as regularly washing their hands and using hand sanitiser.
Our Warehouse Team are conforming to Government guidance on social distancing and are wearing additional materials including face masks, as well as regularly washing their hands and using hand sanitiser.
2-Man Contactless Delivery (COVID-19 Safe)
- Items marked as FastTrack > are being delivered within an estimated 1-4 working days.
- Items marked as '✔ In Stock' are being delivered within an estimated 5-10 working days.
- All other items are being delivered within approximately 14 working days.
Delivery of Multiple Items
If your order consists of multiple items marked with different delivery options as above, your delivery date will then be based on the item with the longest lead time.
*Please note that deliveries to Scotland and South West England may have longer lead times and we estimate up to an additional 7 working days may be added to the delivery options as stated above.
For the safety of both our customers and drivers, we are operating a 2-Man Contactless Delivery (COVID-19 Safe) to the 'Room of choice' or 'Entrance of the property' if requested. Alternatively, the goods can be left outside in a safe place, for example; garage, shed etc.
A photo will be taken of the goods at the property as proof of receipt and a signature will not be required from the customer.

We are taking our responsibility, as a company that comes into contact with a lot of customers nationwide extremely seriously, we will continue to evolve our process’s as new information arises to keep everyone safe as much as possible, if there are any updates or changes we will keep you informed.
